Product Warranty

All Garren Fitness products are covered by a limited Product Warranty that provides either a refund, product replacement or other reparation in the events of:

– Product defects,

– Product malfunctions,

– Missing parts, or

– Damaged parts.

The value of the Product Warranty is limited to the lower of the purchase price or recommended retail price.

The Product Warranty is not limited by time, with the exception that it does not apply for normal wear and tear after 180 days after purchase.

Our the ‘Customer Satisfaction Guarantee’ is a broad, generous, “no questions asked” policy that is also available to any customer who is dissatisfied with the product, based solely on the customer’s subjective and sincere belief that the product failed to meet their expectations in any way.

In simple terms, if a customer contacts us with a product issue or is unhappy with the product, we will do whatever we can to either resolve the issue, send a replacement or provide a full refund of the purchase price, if preferred.
