Returns and Refunds Policy

Our philosophy is simple: we want you to be 100% satisfied with the Garren Fitness products you receive from us. We are happy to accept a return on any of our Garren Fitness products. How to Return
For purchases made on Amazon.com, returns can be made via https://www.amazon.com/gp/orc/returns/homepage.html and will be processed according to Amazon.com’s return policy.

For purchases made on other websites, including this one, all returns of Garren Fitness products must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before they are shipped back to us. Failure to obtain an RMA may result in your return being refused.

Bundles
We offer several product bundles that combine the products you want with great savings!
Because they are sold together at a discount, if you choose to return any part of a bundle, you forfeit the discount and any refund you receive will be less that amount.
If a component of your bundle does not fit or is defective, please fill out the information as instructed on the RMA request form and be sure to indicate it is part of a bundle and our friendly customer service staff will provide you with specific instructions.

Promotional Discounts and Items
If you choose to return an item that was part of a promotional discount, any refund you receive will be less the amount of the promotion.
If you received a bonus item with your order and choose to return a qualifying item(s), you must also return the bonus item. Failure to return the bonus item will result in a decrease in your refund equal to the value of the bonus item.

Refunds
For purchases made on Amazon.com, refunds will be processed according to Amazon.com’s refund policy and processes.

For purchases made on other websites, including this one, returns are processed within two business days of receipt. Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, you should see the refund within a few days after processing. If you haven’t received your refund within ten business days after we received your return, please contact us for additional assistance.
